Muhammad Qasem Jami is a global education and workforce development leader with nearly two decades of experience designing and leading ESL, academic advising, workforce training, and community development programs. Since 2006, he has supported more than 1,000 students and professionals, built over 20 institutional partnerships, and launched and scaled more than 15 programs—resulting in 30–50% growth in participation and overall impact.

A Fulbright Scholar and former EducationUSA Advisor, Muhammad specializes in developing scalable education and workforce pathways that expand access, strengthen employability, and promote long-term success for underserved communities. He currently serves as Director of Afghan Girls Scholarship Support at Unity to Serve International, where he works to advance educational equity and opportunity for Afghan girls and young women.
