Kawser Amine is a women’s rights and peace advocate, Founder and CEO of WSPL, former Afghan national soccer player, and board member of Unity to Serve International.
Kawser Amine is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Women’s Solidarity for Peace & Leadership (WSPL). Born and raised in Kabul, Afghanistan, she is a former member of the Afghan Women’s National Soccer Team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Management with a specialization in International Relations from the Indian School of Business Management, New Delhi, India. Kawser is a women’s rights advocate and peace activist with experience promoting women’s participation in leadership, governance, peace processes, and sports. She is committed to amplifying the voices of women and young people, particularly those who are underrepresented or marginalized. She currently serves as a Board Member of Unity to Serve International, contributing her leadership experience and advocacy perspective to advance inclusive and community-centered initiatives.
