Ahmad Ozair Mohammadi is a seasoned development professional and servant leader with over 15 years of experience in national and international organizations, including World Vision, British Council, WISE, AWEC, ANAFAE, and Herat University. He has contributed to projects funded by institutions such as the U.S. Embassy, USAID, UNDP, FCDO, and TIKA. Mr. Mohammadi holds a Master’s degree in Management from Kazakh-American Free University (KAFU) and a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature. A graduate of the Institute for Leadership Development (ILD), he has held roles including Executive Director, Program Manager, University Lecturer, and Provincial Coordinator. Known for his motivational speaking, leadership mentoring, and dedication to capacity building, he has taught online courses in language, self-discipline, and leadership for women and youth. Mr. Mohammadi specializes in project management, strategic planning, trust building, and effective communication.
