Youth Empowerment

Focus Area
Youth Empowerment
Unity to Serve International supports youth and children from immigrant, refugee, limited English proficiency (LEP), and underserved backgrounds by providing education, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. Our programs help young people grow confident, resilient, and equipped to become tomorrow’s leaders.
Key activities and supports include:
- Civics & Democracy through Service Learning: Engaging youth in community service projects, civic education, and leadership opportunities to cultivate responsible citizenship.
- Mentorship and Leadership Development: Pairing youth with role models to build confidence, life skills, and professional pathways.
- Arts and Music Programs: Encouraging creativity through painting, performing arts, music lessons, and cultural expression.
- Sports and Physical Wellness: Offering swimming, team sports, yoga, and recreational activities to promote physical health and teamwork.
- Community Engagement: Encouraging youth to participate in volunteer projects, cultural events, and civic activities.
Through these initiatives, Unity to Serve International empowers youth to discover their potential, overcome challenges, and contribute meaningfully to their communities — preparing them to thrive academically, socially, and personally.
