Unity to Serve International is thrilled to announce a new capacity development project aimed at strengthening our organization and expanding our impact for Afghan refugees and women in California. This initiative, generously funded by the Employment Training Panel (ETP) and refunded through the Afghan Coalition, is a critical step in enhancing our programs and services.

What This Project Includes:
- Staff Training & Capacity Building ($1,200): Equipping our team with the skills, leadership, and tools needed to deliver high-quality programs.
- Technology & Infrastructure ($1,000): Upgrading software, hardware, and IT systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
- Website Development & Digital Presence ($1,000): Redesigning and enhancing our website to better engage the community, share success stories, and showcase our programs.
- Program Development & Outreach ($500): Expanding our programs to reach more Afghan refugees and women in need.
- Monitoring & Evaluation ($300): Implementing systems to measure program outcomes and ensure accountability.
