Unity to Serve Launches Capacity Development and Organizational Infrastructure Initiative
Unity to Serve International (USI) is excited to announce a new initiative to strengthen our organizational capacity and expand our impact for Afghan refugees and women in California. This project is generously supported by the Employment Training Panel (ETP) and facilitated through the Afghan Coalition, marking an important step in enhancing our programs and services.
With this support, USI will improve program delivery, upgrade technology and infrastructure, and build a stronger digital presence. This initiative will further empower Afghan refugees and women to access employment, develop leadership skills, and fully participate in community life.
Project Highlights:
Staff Training & Capacity Building: Equipping our team with the skills, leadership, and tools needed to deliver high-quality programs.
Technology & Infrastructure: Upgrading software, hardware, and IT systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
Website Development & Digital Presence: Redesigning and enhancing our website to better engage the community, share success stories, and showcase programs.
Program Development & Outreach: Expanding programs to reach more Afghan refugees and women in need.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Implementing systems to measure outcomes and ensure accountability.
