Unity to Serve International
Unity to Serve International was founded in 2025 by Khanzada Mohammad Ramin in California to uplift voices and connect communities. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we support people in the Bay Area and Afghanistan, empowering them to lead their own paths through education, opportunity, and unity. We believe change begins from within—and our mission is to inspire hope, spark growth, and build a brighter future together.

Mohammad Ramin Khanzada
Khanzada Mohammad Ramin is a results-driven organizational leader with over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, refugee resettlement, and community development across Afghanistan and the United States. He brings a strong track record in grant writing, project management, and strategic planning, with a deep commitment to empowering marginalized communities.
In 2012, Khanzada founded Women Integrity for Society Empowerment Organization (WISE) in Afghanistan, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing women’s empowerment through employment, specialized training, and leadership development. He served as Executive Director until 2021, when he was forced to leave the country due to rising insecurity.
After resettling in the U.S., Khanzada continued his mission, joining the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Oakland as an R&P Resettlement Coordinator in 2023, where he provided comprehensive support to newly arrived refugees and immigrants.
In 2025, he founded Unity to Serve International in California to extend his vision of community-driven development and empowerment, focusing on education, inclusion, and opportunity for underserved populations in both the Bay Area and Afghanistan.
Khanzada holds an MBA from Kazakh American Free University, a bachelor’s degree in political science from Bangalore University, and a Leadership Diploma from the Institute for Leadership Development (ILD). He is known for his visionary leadership, commitment to social justice, and ability to deliver impact in complex, high-stakes environments.
